We hand-pick each agave and blend 50% from the highlands and 50% of the lowlands to ensure all the Tequila region has to offer. Next we fire roast the agave the traditional method. This is much more expensive and time consuming but the result is an exceptional product. Our Tequila is then fermented and distilled and never touches a diffuser that strips out the flavor.
